住宅商业服务网点用于满足居民生活及商业活动等需求,通常设置在住宅建筑的首层及二层,每个分隔单元建筑面积不大于300 m^(2),大多开设商店、储蓄所、理发店等小型经营性场所,住宅商业服务网点的消防安全不容忽视。当前在居民住宅区的消防管理中,商业服务网点具有火灾隐患存量大、整改难度大等问题,一旦引发火灾,不仅会对居民的财产造成损害,还会威胁群众的生命安全。
