做好大型综合体消防工作的策略研究

近年来,全国各地城市综合体项目的建设越来越多,建筑密度和体积越来越大。大型城市综合体集购物、餐饮、娱乐等业态于一体,建筑体量大、人员密集、装饰性材料集中,这是消防工作的重点。分析了大型城市综合体消防安全面临的问题,并提出了一些有针对性的解决方案,希望能起到一定的借鉴作用,以期创造消防安全保障体系。

In recent years,there has been an increase in number of urban complexes,along with the density and volume.Large urban complex integrates shopping,catering,entertainment and other business forms.It has large volume,high density of people and concentrated decorative materials.This paper analyzes the fire safety problems in large urban complexes,and proposes targeted solutions,in expectation to help create fire safety guarantee system.
