摘要
《百症赋》是以歌赋形式记载于《针灸聚英》中关于针灸取穴配方的一篇文章。其中涉及疾病众多,选穴用法简明有效,在临床使用中疗效显著。文中将以“目觉■,急取养老、天柱”一句为核心,探讨该配方的配伍原理,针对“养老、天柱的取穴配方更适用于足太阳膀胱经阳气不足引起的目昏”这一观点进行论述,以期为临床使用时提供理论依据,使医者能够准确地“对证下针”。
Acupuncture for A Hundred Diseases in Verse(Bai Zheng Fu)is a work about acupoint selection for acupuncture and moxibustion in A Collection of Gems in Acupuncture and Moxibustion(Zhen Jiu Ju Ying).The work provides concise and effective selection of acupoints for a variety of diseases,the therapeutic effect of which has been demonstrated in clinical practice.Focusing on the sentence“Yanglao(SI 6)and Tianzhu(BL 10)should be selected for the treatment of blurred vision”in the work,this paper discusses the viewpoint that Yanglao(SI 6)and Tianzhu(BL 10)are more suitable for the blurred vision caused by insufficiency of yang qi in foot greater yang bladder channel.This paper will provide a theoretical basis for the accurate selection of acupoints in clinical practice.
