图书馆自然灾害应急情报服务认知与思考

Cognition and Thinking of Library Natural Disaster Emergency Information Service

自然灾害是任何时代都不能逃避的话题,不同的时代背景下自然灾害应急管理的方式方法有所不同。笔者在分析图书馆自然灾害应急情报服务价值、梳理国内外图书馆参与此项服务理论和实践的基础上,指出我国图书馆参与自然灾害应急情报服务面临的挑战并探究提升策略,以期助力图书馆转型发展。

Natural disaster is a topic that can not be avoided in any era,and the ways and methods of natural disaster emergency management are different in different times.On the basis of analyzing the value of library's natural disaster emergency information service and sorting out the theories and practices of libraries participating in this service at home and abroad,the author points out that challenges faced by libraries participating in natural disaster emergency information service in our country and explores the strategies to improve it,in order to help the transformation and development of libraries.
