摘要
采用简单的静电自组装法利用CTAB对Co粒子进行表面修饰,使其表面电荷变为正电荷,与本身表面带负电荷的Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)进行静电吸引自组装来合成Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Co复合材料。通过XRD、SEM和VSM分析手段,对样品的物相、形貌结构和磁性进行了表征,并对其生长机理进行了讨论。合成的Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Co复合材料同时具有Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)和Co的特征衍射峰;由大量的Co粒子牢固附着并且大量包覆在Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)表面,呈现出越来越不规则的三维堆叠结构;复合材料有磁性,且Co的含量越高,饱和磁化强度越高。
In this paper,the simple electrostatic self-assembly method is used to modify the surface of Co particles with CTAB,so that the surface charge becomes positive,and the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) with negative surface charge is self-assembled by electrostatic attraction to synthesize Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Co composite.The phase,morphology,structure and magnetism of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and VSM,and the growth mechanism was discussed.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)/Co composite has the characteristic diffraction peaks of both Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) and Co.A large number of Co particles are firmly attached and coated on the surface of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x),presenting an increasingly irregular three-dimensional stacked structure.The composites are magnetic,and the higher the content of Co,the higher the saturation magnetization.
