摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池是高效、清洁的能源利用转化装置之一,是清洁能源利用的方式之一。目前的PEMFCs广泛使用铂基氧还原电催化剂,但是其大规模应用需要将铂用量显著降低。本文主要总结分析了Pt/C类催化剂的主要制备方法和产业化路径,以及可满足低铂要求的合金型催化剂的性能调控研究现状。
As a clean and efficient energy conversion device,proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)are considered to be one of the most important energy conversion technologies for the future.The current platinum based electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction are widely used in PEMFCs,but the mass application of PEMFCs require the significant lowered Pt loadings.This paper mainly summarized and analyzed the main preparation methods and industrialization path for Pt/C catalysts,as well as the research and development status for the optimization of performance for the alloy catalysts which can meet the requirements of low platinum loadings.
