摘要
目的:通过实验确定检测工作环境中三硝基甲苯的浓度。方法:工作环境中三硝基甲苯的采集使用硅胶管,解吸液解吸后进样检测,经HP-5(5%-苯基)-甲基聚硅氧烷色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测。结果:三硝基甲苯在0μg/m L~1.99μg/m L范围线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9990,方法检出限为2.5×10^(-4)μg/m L,采样3.0 L时,最低检出质量浓度为1.7×10^(-4)mg/m^(3)。结论:运用气相色谱仪对三硝基甲苯样品进行检测,操作简单,结果准确。
A gas chromatography(GC)was developed for the determination of trinitrotoluene in air of workplace.Samples of trinitrotoluene in air were collected in silicone tube.The samples were separated by GC column,and detected by ECD after solvent desorption by methanol benzene solution.The qualitative and the quantitative analyses were carried out based on the retention time and peak height or peak area respectively.Trinitrotoluene had a good linear relationship between its content and area within the range of 0~1.9μg/m L.Correlation coefficent was 0.9990.The detection limit of this method is 2.5×10^(-4)μg/m L.The minimum detection concentration of this method is 1.7×10^(-4)mg/m^(3) when sampling 3.0 L.Trinitrotoluene in air of workplace could be accurately detected easily with the appropriate GC column.
