摘要
对1000 t/a甲醇与苯烷基化中试装置进行了夹点分析和换热网络设计优化,以此对工业生产装置的节能方案进行检验。优化后的工艺流程利用产品气混合芳烃的热量加热原料气,不再使用低压蒸汽,减少了热公用工程的消耗,减少了一台甲醇加热器,工艺流程更加简单,降低了投资费用。
The pinch point analysis and heat exchange network design optimization were carried out for the pilot plant of alkylation of methanol and benzene at 1000 t/a,so as to test the energy-saving scheme of the industrial production plant.The optimized process used the heat of the product gas to heat the feed gas,no longer used low-pressure steam,which reduced the consumption of thermal utilities and a methanol heater,which made the process simpler and reduced the investment cost.
