煤焦油加工工艺模拟优化研究

摘要 结合国外常减压蒸馏工艺对某化工厂焦油车间的蒸馏装置进行模拟优化分析。通过常减压蒸馏工艺概述、某焦油车间蒸馏过程简述、一段蒸发器优化分析、二段蒸发器优化分析、蒽塔与馏分塔优化分析完成了该焦油车间设备的模拟优化。将该方法应用于实际生产后,结焦现象减弱,产品附加值提高,符合相关模拟优化要求。 Based on the overseas atmospheric and vacuum distillation process,this paper simulated and optimized the distillation unit in the tar workshop of a chemical plant.Through the overview of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process,a brief description of the distillation process in a tar workshop,the optimization analysis of the first stage evaporator,the second stage evaporator,and the optimization analysis of anthracene tower and distillation tower,the simulation optimization of the equipment in the tar workshop was completed.After the method is applied to practical production,the coking phenomenon is weakened and the added value of the product is increased,which meets the requirements of relevant simulation and optimization.
