关于蜡油加氢裂化装置分馏工段过程模拟分析

摘要 以加氢裂化装置作为研究主体,选取分馏工段作为重点研究对象,基于Petronas-SIM软件建立整套装置全工艺流程模拟分析模型,将工艺参数输入模型中计算出模拟结果,并将其与现场标定数值进行比较分析,从中可以发现相对误差均控制在允许范围内,能够实现对整体生产过程的准确反应,能够为同类装置运行及操作条件优化提供重要参考。 The hydrocracking unit is taken as the research subject,the fractionation section is selected as the key research object,and the simulation analysis model of the whole process flow of the whole unit is established based on Petronas-SIM Software.The process parameters are input into the model to calculate the simulation results,which are compared with the field calibration values.It can be found that the relative errors are controlled within the allowable range,and the accurate response to the overall production process can be realized.It can provide an important reference for the operation of similar devices and the optimization of operating conditions.
