焦炉煤气加压脱硫工艺模拟与优化

摘要 针对当前HPF焦炉煤气脱硫工艺存在的脱硫效率低、成本高以及产物纯度不足的问题,在对当前焦炉煤气脱硫工艺现状和问题分析的基础上,提出采用加压脱硫工艺对焦炉煤气进行脱硫改造,并对脱硫塔操作参数进行优化,为后续提高焦炉煤气脱硫效率、降低脱硫成本等提供稳定支撑。 In view of the problems of low desulfurization efficiency,high cost and insufficient product purity in the current HPF coke oven gas desulfurization process,based on the analysis of the current status and problems of the coke oven gas desulfurization process,the pressurized desulfurization process is proposed to transform the coke oven gas desulfurization,and the operating parameters of the desulfurization tower are optimized,so as to provide a stable support for the subsequent improvement of coke oven gas desulfurization efficiency and reduction of desulfurization cost.
