摘要
针对矿井设计通风能力与随着工作面推进和生产能力提升导致不匹配的问题,在对金佳矿井通风现状分析的基础上,通过设计并应用矿井通风网络风流参数动态监测系统为通风机风量调节控制提供依据,保证工作面的风压和风量得到改善;其次,对于金佳矿井回风巷道阻力较大的问题,针对性地提出了通风网络优化方案,为保证整个煤矿的安全、高效生产奠定基础。
In view of the mismatch between the design ventilation capacity of the mine and the promotion of the working face and the production capacity,based on the analysis of the current situation of Jinjia mine ventilation,the design and application of the dynamic monitoring system for the air flow parameters of the mine ventilation network provide the basis for the fan air volume regulation and control to ensure that the air pressure and air volume of the working face are improved.Secondly,for the problem of large resistance of return air roadway in Jinjia mine,the optimization scheme of ventilation network is put forward,which lays the foundation for ensuring the safe and efficient production of the whole coal mine.
