西曲矿18503工作面大断面开切眼围岩控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对西曲矿18503综采工作面开切眼断面大,埋藏深,巷道围岩软弱,支护困难的情况,结合矿井地质条件设计提出先掘进小断面导硐、后进行刷扩方式掘进切眼;采用锚杆、锚网、单体、工字钢组合方式控制切眼围岩,并以现场实际情况对支护参数进行设计。实践监测后,开切眼顶板、巷帮累积变形量分别为两5 mm、73 mm,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,为后续的安装液压支架并顺利实现工作面回采创造了便利条件。同时,为矿井地质条件相类似的大断面巷道掘进与围岩控制提供参考。 In view of the large section,deep burial,weak roadway surrounding rock and difficult support in 18503 fully mechanized mining face of Xiqu mine,combined with the geological conditions of the mine,it is designed to excavate the small section pilot tunnel first and then the brush expansion method.The combination of bolt,anchor mesh,monomer and I-steel is used to control the surrounding rock of the cut,and the support parameters are designed according to the actual situation of the site.After the practical monitoring,the cumulative deformation of the roof and side wall of the open cut are respectively 5 mm and 73 mm,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway has been effectively controlled,which creates convenient conditions for the subsequent installation of hydraulic support and the smooth realization of the mining of the working face.At the same time,it provides a reference for large section roadway excavation and surrounding rock control with similar mine geological conditions.
