矿井探放水钻孔封孔技术的改进优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 为改善煤矿探水钻孔封孔效果,以晋能控股煤业集团A矿2106巷探水工程概况为例,针对其存在的封孔长度不合理,封孔工艺落后以及安全保障措施不充分等问题,进行了改进优化,通过科学确定钻孔封孔深度,应用囊袋式“两堵一注”封孔工艺以及强化联合安全保障措施等,取得了很好的应用效果,后期施工作业中,孔口不再出现涌水现象,孔口管也不再窜动,煤壁也未出现渗水现象,更好的保障了矿井安全生产。 In order to improve the sealing effect of water exploration borehole in coal mine,taking the general situation of 2106 roadway of A mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group as an example,aiming at the problems such as unreasonable sealing length,backward sealing technology and insufficient safety guarantee measures,the improvement and optimization are carried out,the drilling sealing depth is determined scientifically,the bag type"two plugging and one injection"sealing technology is applied,and the joint safety guarantee measures are strengthened.Good application effect has been achieved.In the later construction operation,there is no water gushing at the orifice,the orifice pipe no longer moves,and there is no water seepage at the coal wall,which better ensures the safe production of the mine.
