Design and Implementation of SCADA System for High Pressure Gas Pressure Regulating Skid

论述和分析了液化工厂高压燃气调压撬系统的组成和控制原理,并结合现场实际,提出了高压燃气调压撬系统集正输和反输功能一体的调压撬,设计了高压燃气调压撬的数据采集及监控系统,实现了调压撬的自动控制功能。

This paper discusses and analyzes the composition and control principle of the high-pressure gas pressure regulating skid system in the liquefaction plant.Combined with the field practice,it puts forward the high-pressure gas pressure regulating skid system,which integrates the forward transmission and reverse transmission functions,designs the data acquisition and monitoring system of the high-pressure gas pressure regulating skid,and realizes the automatic control function of the pressure regulating skid.
