Study on Comprehensive Treatment Technology of Flour Dust in Comprehensive Excavation

为有效治理综掘工作面粉尘,以霍州煤电集团某矿综掘工作面工程概况为例,基于其粉尘治理现状,提出了一系列综掘工作面粉尘综合治理技术,并分析了治理效果,通过综合应用这些粉尘治理技术,有效治理了综掘工作面粉尘,工作面粉尘浓度显著降低,取得了较好的防尘效果,更好的保障了综掘工作面安全生产。

In order to effectively control the flour dust in comprehensive excavation,taking the general situation of a comprehensive excavation face project in a mine of Huozhou Coal Electricity Group as an example,based on its dust control status,a series of comprehensive treatment technologies for flour dust in comprehensive excavation are proposed,and the treatment effect is analyzed.Through the comprehensive application of these powder dust treatment technologies,the flour dust in comprehensive excavation is effectively controlled,the concentration of flour dust in comprehensive excavation is significantly reduced,and a good dust-proof effect is achieved.The safety production of fully mechanized mining face is better guaranteed.
