矿井生产中集合了诸多先进生产设备,生产环节较为复杂,任何一个环节出现问题,都可能出现安全问题,威胁到矿井工作面生产效率和质量,增加企业的运营成本。刮板输送机作为矿井工作面的重要装置,结合矿井自动化生产要求,构建自动张紧装置控制系统,实现设备运行全面监管和控制,便于及时发现和解决设备故障问题,切实提升矿井工作面生产有效性,推动矿井企业高水平发展。依托于矿井工作面刮板输送机运行情况,结合自动化技术改革相关要求,积极推动自动张紧装置控制系统优化改进,指导后续生产活动高效有序进行。

There are many advanced production equipment in the mine production,and the production links are complex.If there is a problem in any link,there may be safety problems,which threaten the production efficiency and quality of the mine face and increase the operation cost of the enterprise.As an important device of mine working face,combined with the requirements of mine automatic production,the scraper conveyor constructs an automatic tensioning device control system to realize the comprehensive supervision and control of equipment operation,so as to find and solve equipment faults in time,effectively improve the production effectiveness of mine working face and promote the high-level development of mine enterprises.Relying on the operation of scraper conveyor in mine working face and combined with the relevant requirements of automation technology reform,this paper actively promotes the optimization and improvement of automatic tensioning device control system and guides the follow-up production activities to be carried out efficiently and orderly.
