摘要
随着环保的要求的不断提升,在企业高炉煤气除尘等领域开始装备有高炉除尘设备,在实际使用过程中,虽然是有效的降低了煤气中的一些有害物质,但是加快了煤气管道的腐蚀。通过对高炉煤气的腐蚀机理进行分析研究,分析了点蚀形成的原因及影响因素,通过实验探究了高炉煤气的相关参数对管道腐蚀的影响,并针对此提出了相应的防腐措施。
With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,in the enterprise blast furnace gas dust removal and other fields began to be equipped with blast furnace dust removal equipment,in the actual use of the process,although it is effectively reduce some harmful substances in the gas,but accelerate the corrosion of the gas pipeline.In this paper,the corrosion mechanism of blast furnace gas is analyzed,the causes and influencing factors of dew point corrosion are analyzed,and the influence of related parameters of blast furnace gas on pipeline corrosion is explored through experiments,and the corresponding anti-corrosion measures are put forward.
