摘要
为定量分析不同成分、数量、反应时间下飞灰与湿法脱硫影响,模拟湿法脱硫系统的正常工况条件,对不同飞灰添加量对系统脱硫效率、碳酸钙耗量、溶解性亚硫酸盐及石膏固态产物中碳酸钙的影响情况进行分析,对飞灰酸化反应与石膏浆液pH值反应情况、吸收塔浆液pH值与时间变化情况进行研究。研究结果表明,在石膏浆液相同pH值条件下,飞灰对系统脱硫效率有一定促进作用,飞灰与溶液中参与反应的碳酸钙和亚硫酸盐呈现正向相关。
In order to quantitatively analyze the impact of fly ash and wet desulfurization under different composition,quantity and reaction time,this paper simulates the normal working conditions of the wet desulfurization system,analyzes the impact of different fly ash addition on the desulfurization efficiency of the system,calcium carbonate consumption,soluble sulfite and calcium carbonate in gypsum solid products,and studies the reaction between fly ash acidification reaction and p H value of gypsum slurry,and the change of p H value and time of slurry in the absorption tower.The results show that under the same p H value of gypsum slurry,fly ash can promote the desulfurization efficiency of the system,and fly ash has a positive correlation with calcium carbonate and sulfite in the solution.
