某焦化企业土壤污染隐患排查案例分析

Case Analysis of Hidden Trouble of Soil Pollution in a Coking Factory

焦化行业企业属于土壤污染重点监管单位,依据《土壤污染防治法》企业应建立土壤污染隐患排查制度。土壤污染隐患排查属于一项新工作,可供焦化行业企业参考的范例较少。为此,以某焦化企业土壤污染隐患排查工作为例,梳理了企业有毒有害物质和重点设施设备清单,确定了排查重点,通过现场排查共识别出土壤污染隐患点位21处,并提出了相应的整改建议。本文所采用的排查步骤及方法,可为类似企业的土壤污染隐患排查工作提供参考。

The coking factory belong to the key supervision units of soil pollution.According to the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law,enterprises should establish a system for hidden trouble investigation of soil pollution.The hidden trouble investigation of soil pollution is a new work,and there are few examples for the reference of enterprises in the coking industry.To this end,this paper takes the hidden trouble investigation of soil pollution in a coking plant as an example,sorts out the list of toxic and hazardous substances and key facilities and equipment in the plant,and determines the key points of investigation.Through the on-site inspection,a total of 21 hidden trouble of soil pollution spots are identified,corresponding rectifications and suggestion are proposed.The investigation steps and methods used in this paper can provide reference for the hidden trouble investigation of soil pollution in similar factory.
