摘要 改造、扩建属于常见的化工项目后续升级建设方式,尽管能够提升项目品质,但是也会造成新的环境影响问题。为了同时确保化工项目生态效益和经济效益,有必要针对改扩建化工项目进行专门的环境影响评价。为此,首先分析了改扩建化工项目环境影响特点,其次分析了改扩建化工项目环境影响评价技术评估要点,以期为改扩建化工项目环境影响评价提供参考。 Transformation and expansion are common follow-up upgrading construction methods of chemical projects.Although they can improve the quality of the project,they will also cause new environmental impact problems.In order to ensure the ecological and economic benefits of chemical projects at the same time,it is necessary to conduct a special environmental impact assessment for the reconstruction and expansion of chemical projects.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the environmental impact characteristics of the reconstruction and expansion chemical project,and then analyzes the technical evaluation points of the environmental impact assessment of the reconstruction and expansion chemical project,in order to provide reference for the environmental impact assessment of the reconstruction and expansion chemical project.
