摘要
为使钢桥面铺装更好地满足高温重载地区苛刻的服役条件,利用高温热固树脂SCO改性沥青技术制备了一种新型的桥面铺装材料。通过马歇尔设计方法确定了高温热固树脂SCO改性沥青混合料的最佳沥青掺量,采用室内试验研究了其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性能及疲劳性能,并分别与SBS改性沥青和环氧沥青进行对比。试验结果表明,混合料在70℃下7 d可完全形成强度,其高温动稳定度可达37000次/mm,车辙深度仅为0.38 mm,低温破坏应变达到7556με;新型高温热固树脂SCO改性沥青混合料具有优异的高温抗车辙性能和低温抗裂性能的同时,还具有较好的抗水损害能力和优异的抗疲劳破坏能力。
To make the steel bridge deck pavement better meet the harsh service conditions in high temperature and heavy load areas,a new type of bridge deck pavement material was prepared by using high temperature thermosetting resin SCO modified asphalt technology.The optimum asphalt content of high-temperature thermosetting resin SCO-modified asphalt mixture was determined by Marshall design method,and its high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue performance were studied by laboratory tests.A comparison of SBS modified bitumen and epoxy bitumen was done.The test results show that the mixture can fully form strength at 70℃ for 7 d,the high temperature dynamic stability can reach 37000 times/mm,the rut depth is only 0.38 mm,and the low temperature failure strain reaches 7556με.The new high-temperature thermosetting resin SCO modified asphalt mixture has excellent high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature crack resistance,as well as good water damage resistance and excellent fatigue damage resistance.
