摘要
为综合利用粉煤灰,从道路原材料应用视角,探讨了在沥青混合料中添加粉煤灰作为填料的可行性。先对粉煤灰进行预处理,得到了较好的化学稳定性和热稳定性,后利用热分析TG-DSC、射线衍射XRD、比表面积分析BET等方法对预处理粉煤灰FMHs和矿粉GF的微观作用机理进行对比分析,并分别研究了添加20%、40%、60%、80%等不同质量分数FMHs的沥青胶浆性能,同时与GF进行对比。研究结果表明,与GF相比,加入不同质量分数FMHs的沥青胶浆的针入度会降低,软化点、粘度和中温性能会提高;FMHs与GF具有相近的热稳定性,当FMHs掺量为20%~40%时,沥青胶浆的温度稳定性以及施工和易性最佳。
From the perspective of road raw material application,the feasibility of adding fly ash into asphalt mixture as filler is discussed for the disposal of fly ash.Firstly,the fly ash was pretreated to obtain better chemical and thermal stability.Secondly,the microstructure mechanism of FMHs and GF were compared by methods TG-DSC,XRD and BET.Finally,the performance of asphalt mortar with different mass fractions of FMHs(20%,40%,60%,80%)was studied,and compared with GF.The results show that compared with GF,the penetration of asphalt mortar with different mass fraction FMHs decrease,and the softening point,viscosity and medium temperature performance are improved.FMHs and GF have similar thermal stability.When FMHs content is 20%-40%,asphalt mortar has the best temperature stability and workability.
