摘要
针对钢渣遇水膨胀、体积稳定性差的问题,使用甲基硅酸钠溶液对钢渣进行表面改性处理,将改性钢渣代替粗骨料制备改性钢渣沥青混合料,测试其路用性能和体积稳定性。试验结果表明,甲基硅酸钠溶液在钢渣表面生成一层防水树脂薄膜,可有效降低改性钢渣的吸水率和膨胀率,可明显减小钢渣的压碎值和磨耗值;与钢渣沥青混合料和石灰岩沥青混合料相比,改性钢渣沥青混合料的路用性能明显提高;与钢渣沥青混合料相比,浸水120 h后,改性钢渣沥青混合料的体积稳定性提高了51.3%。
Aiming at the problem of poor volume stability and expansion of steel slag when it meets water,the surface modification treatment of steel slag was done by sodium methyl silicate solution,modified steel slag was used instead of coarse aggregate to prepare modified steel slag asphalt mixes,and its road performance and volumetric stability were tested.The results show that the sodium methylsilicate solution generates a waterproof resin book film on the surface of the slag,which effectively reduces the water absorption and swelling rate of the modified slag while also significantly reducing the crushing value and abrasion value of the slag.Compared with steel slag asphalt mixture and limestone asphalt mixture,the road performance of modified steel slag asphalt mixture is significantly improved;compared with steel slag asphalt mixture,the volume stability of modified steel slag asphalt mixture is increased by 51.3% after 120 h of water immersion.
