摘要 为解决紧邻建筑物大断面土质连拱隧道设计施工的问题,以长沙市月亮岛路普瑞隧道为工程实例,分析了隧道开挖的风险点,结合规范,采用工程类比法及数值模拟方法,对该隧道暗挖设计施工技术进行了研究。结果表明:1)隧道两侧设置隔离桩门式框架结构、中导洞设置管棚和套拱、隧道主洞采用三台阶预留核心土开挖等设计施工关键技术可确保隧道安全施工通过紧邻建筑物段;2)有限元数值仿真分析表明设计施工方案可行,在施工过程中现场监测数据验证了方案的合理可行。本设计施工案例,可供同类隧道参考。 In order to solve the problem of design and construction of large-section soil multi-arch tunnels adjacent to buildings,the Puri Tunnel of Yueliangdao Road in Changsha City was taken as an engineering example,and the risk points of tunnel excavation were analyzed,Combined with relevant specifications,engineering analogy method and numerical simulation method,the design and construction technology of the tunnel excavation is studied.The results show that 1)The two sides of the tunnel are set up with an isolated pile gate frame structure,the middle pilot hole is set with a pipe shed and an arch,and the main tunnel of the tunnel is excavated with three steps reserved for core soil.The key technologies of design and construction can ensure safe construction through the adjacent building section;2)The finite element numerical simulation analysis shows that the design and construction scheme is feasible,and the on-site monitoring data during the construction process verifies that the scheme is reasonable and feasible;3)The case can be used as a reference for similar tunnels.
