基于安全提升的公路隧道涂层墙面标设计方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对公路长大隧道紧急情况下逃生及应急避险区域辨识度不高,影响应急事件人员逃生及避险效率,以及隧道行车易产生视觉疲劳性等问题,利用新型高效耐污隧道涂层材料易形成大面积警醒显示诱导标志的技术优势,提出一种利用高效耐污易清洁涂层实现符合隧道行车视觉辨识性和反应时间的安全警示和诱导加强涂层墙面标技术。利用停车视距下满足人眼最小分辨角理论得出涂层墙面标的设计方法,并通过实际工程应用方案设计和应用效果测试跟踪,得出在采用周期性安全提升墙面标应用后可有效缓解驾驶员的行车视觉紧张性,提高对重点安全区域的辨识距离,与实施前同期相比可降低隧道交通事故在50%以上,表明本技术方法对提升公路隧道运营安全,提高隧道运营品质具有积极的促进作用。 This paper focuses on the problems of low identification of escape and emergency risk avoidance areas in highway tunnels,especially long tunnels,which affect the escape and risk avoidance efficiency of people involved in risks,and the visual fatigue of tunnel driving,taking advantage of the technical advantage that the new high-efficiency pollution-resistant tunnel coating material is easy to form a large-area warning and guidance sign,a safety warning and guidance strengthening coating wall sign technology with the visual identification and reaction time of tunnel driving is proposed by utilizing the high-efficiency pollution-resistant and easy cleaning coating.Coating wall sign design method is obatained through the theory that the angle of eye resolution is minimum under stopping sight distance.By tracking the application scheme design and application effect test of real tunnel,it is concluded that the application of periodic safety improvement wall signs can effectively alleviate the driver's driving visual tension and improve the identification distance of key safety areas,and reduce tunnel traffic accidents by more than 50% compared with the same period before implementation,which shows that this technical method plays a positive role in improving the safety and quality of highway tunnel operation.
