摘要
切割工序是大尺寸环形叠层薄膜电容器生产的关键工序。通过检查切割断面,发现表面粗糙度偏高,表面发黑甚至有划痕。观察锯缝处,颗粒状屑和块状渣的堆积比较严重,影响了切割质量。通过对比大尺寸产品与小尺寸产品,并对切屑产生及影响进行分析。采用加强过滤、定向吹扫和吸尘系统相结合的方法,对锯缝及切割区域的切屑进行清理。经过生产验证,改进后切割的产品,其切割断面表面粗糙度降低,表面洁净,润滑膜涂覆均匀,抽样检测样品的绝缘电阻值,数值普遍提高。这样,切割质量得以稳定提高,满足了使用要求。
The cutting process is a key production process in large size annular stacked film capacitor.By checking the cutting section,high surface roughness value,obvious black marks,even scratches were found.By observing saw kerf,the accumulation of granular debris and block slag was serious,affecting cutting quality.By comparing large size products with small size products,and analyzing the generation and influence of cuttings,the method of strengthening filtration,directional blowing and dust cleaning system is adopted to clean up the cuttings in sawing and cutting area.Through the verification of production,the surface roughness of the section is reduced,and the surface is clean,and the lubricating film is evenly coated,and the insulation resistance of the sample is generally improved.So that,the cutting quality is improved stably,the requirement of application is satisfied.
