基于EPC的桥梁工程施工质量管理研究

Research on Construction Quality Management of Bridge Engineering Based on EPC

质量管理是桥梁工程施工的重要组成部分,直接关系工程建设的效率,高效的质量管理能够更好地提高工程质量,以确保能够安全可靠地完成工程。本文阐述和建立了完整的质量管理体系与方法,基于EPC总承包管理模式实现了质量管理方案在桥梁工程中的应用。以钢结构慢行桥为例,从多个角度分析了桥梁管理中的质量问题,提出了解决措施,并建立了以EPC管理为核心的质量控制体系,为其它工程施工质量管理提供指导。

Quality management is an important part of bridge engineering construction,which is directly related to the efficiency of engineering construction.Efficient quality management can better improve engineering quality and ensure that the project can be completed safely and reliably.This paper expounds and establishes a complete quality management system and method,and realizes the application of the quality management scheme in bridge engineering based on the EPC general contracting management mode.Taking the steel structure slow-moving bridge as an example,this paper analyzes the quality problems in bridge management from multiple perspectives,proposes solutions,and establishes a quality control system with EPC management as the core to provide guidance for other engineering construction quality management.
