摘要 我国制造业产能共享已分别形成中介型共享平台、众创型共享平台、服务型共享平台、协同型共享平台四种实践模式。本文基于数字技术赋能理论,分析了数字技术推动制造业产能共享的路径,即降低交易成本、拓展企业边界、实现自我良性循环。基于典型案例的比较分析发现,四种共享平台模式在实施条件、主要路径、困难性和智能化转型成效方面存在明显差异。由此得出启示:制造业细分领域实施产能共享时,需要依据细分领域的特点选择适合的共享模式、增强产能共享的内生动力、持续提升工业互联网和企业数字化水平、鼓励产能共享的商业模式创新。 China's manufacturing capacity sharing has formed four practical modes:the intermediary-type sharing platform,the mass innovation-type sharing platform model,the service-oriented sharing platform model and the collaborative-type sharing platform model,providing direction for the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry to shared intelligent manufacturing.Based on digital empowerment theory,the path of digital technology to promote manufacturing capacity sharing was analyzed,including reducing transaction costs,expanding enterprise boundaries,and achieving a virtuous circle of self.Through comparison,the four models have obvious differences in implementation conditions,main paths,difficulties and the effectiveness of intelligent transformation.Thus,we can draw some enlightenment:when implementing capacity sharing in manufacturing segments,we need to respect the differences between different fields,select the appropriate sharing mode according to different fields,get rid of path dependence,enhance the endogenous power of capacity sharing,continuously improve the digital level of enterprises,and constantly innovate the sharing mode,so as to better promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.
