本文主要介绍了一种柴油车的尾气颗粒物检测用电阻型PM传感器。剖析电阻型检测原理,设计该PM传感器敏感芯片结构,电路控制方案及检测方法,该传感器具有检测精度高,启动速度快等特点。

This paper mainly introduces a resistive PM sensor for detecting exhaust particulate matter of diesel vehicles.Analyzing the resistance detection principle,designing the sensitive chip structure,circuit control scheme and detection method of the PM sensor,the sensor has the characteristics of high detection accuracy and fast start-up speed.
