摘要
作为卧式加工中心的核心部件,回转工作台以较高的技术含量、可靠的加工精度、经济的加工效率,成为加工中心或数控机床标志性的重要部件代表,着力提升回转工作台的性能和设计水平对加工中心的发展能够起到积极的促进作用。回转工作台优化设计过程涉及使用可靠性、精度稳定性、工作效率、产品寿命等各方面技术要求,而作为整个设计过程的核心,结构设计是回转工作台各项性能指标体现的基础,因此优化回转工作台结构设计就是从定位系统、锁紧机构、吹气系统、动力系统、传动机构等方面满足机床工作性能要求,满足生产效率要求,同时兼顾维护保养及生产经济性。
As the core part of horizontal machining center,with high technical content,reliable processing accuracy and economic processing efficiency,the rotary table,become the representative of the important parts of the machining center or CNC machine tool,to improve the performance and design level of the rotary table can play a positive role in promoting the development of the machining center.The optimization design process of rotary table involves various technical requirements such as service reliability,accuracy stability,working efficiency,product life,etc,as the core of the whole design process,the structural design is the basis of the performance indicators of the rotary table,therefore,the optimization of the structure design of the rotary table is to meet the working performance requirements of the machine tool from the aspects of positioning system,locking mechanism,air blowing system,power system,transmission mechanism,etc,meet the requirements of production efficiency,while taking into account the maintenance and production economy.
