摘要
全护筒钻孔灌注桩施工过程中可以克服各土层与护筒之间的摩擦力,该技术利用专用设备使钢护筒穿过不利地层直至到达稳定的桩端持力层,在桩机钻孔施工中,利用钻孔设备掏除护筒中的渣土,确保钻孔灌注桩较好成桩的施工技术。不需要使用泥浆护壁,无泥浆污染。孔壁规则,无塌孔、扩孔现象,无混凝土超方浪费。
During the construction of bored pile with full retaining tube,the friction between soil layer and retaining tube can be overcome.This technology makes use of special equipment to make steel retaining tube pass through unfavorable stratum until it reaches the stable bearing layer of pile end,the construction technology of drilling cast-in-place pile is ensured by using drilling equipment to remove the dregs soil in the protective cylinder.No need to use mud wall,no mud pollution.Regular Hole Wall,no hole collapse,reaming phenomenon,no excess waste of concrete.
