摘要
为了避免烟片复烤机小护板产生顺序梨倒故障导致打叶复烤生产线长时间停机,对烟片复烤机小护板可靠性的应用研究,从结构设计角度提高小护板强度和改进大护板顶紧及调节机构;从实际工况角度增加小护板表面清刷装置;从使用安全角度增加小护板位置监测及安全保护装置。应用验证结果表明,小护板可靠性应用研究成果确实解决了小护板顺序犁倒问题,取得非常明显的效果。
In order to avoid the long-term shutdown of the threshing and redrying production line due to the sequential failure of the small guard plate of the tobacco sheet redrying machine,the application of the reliability of the small guard plate of the tobacco sheet redrying machine was studied,and the small guard plate was improved from the perspective of structural design.The strength and improvement of the top tightening and adjustment mechanism of the large guard plate;the surface cleaning device of the small guard plate is added from the perspective of actual working conditions;the position monitoring and safety protection device of the small guard plate are added from the perspective of use safety.The application verification results show that the application research results of the reliability of the small guard plate have indeed solved the problem of sequential ploughing of the small guard plate,and achieved very obvious results.
