摘要 影响采空区危险性的因素诸多并且复杂性高,甚至部分因素具有一定的模糊性。为方便、快捷地对采空区稳定性进行分析,简化危险性影响因素,以湖南某钨矿为研究背景,基于Mathews稳定性图解法理论模型,对不同中段的采空区稳定性进行了理论计算,并依据矿山采空区现状,采用数值模拟法分析了当前采空区下各区域的主应力、位移和塑性区的分布,评估当前状态下主采空区的稳定状态。分析结果表明:12个采空区中,CH5号、CH6号、CH8号以及CH12号采空区以及顶板围岩均处于稳定过渡区,采场整体稳定性一般;而CH9号、CH10号采空区则处于支护区,采场顶板的稳定性较差,有发生局部垮落、失稳的可能性;分析结果与矿山实际情况相符合,据此可对空区危险性进行前期预判,降低空区治理费用与安全风险度。 There are many and complicated factors affecting the risk of goaf,and some of them are even fuzzy.For convenient and quick analysis on the stability of mined-out area,simplify the risk influence factors,taking a tungsten ore in Hunan Province as the research background,theoretical model based on Mathews stability graphical method,on the different stability of mined-out area in the central part of the theoretical calculation,and based on the present situation of mining goaf,the mined-out area was calculated by numerical simulation under the regional principal stress.The distribution of displacement and plastic zone is used to evaluate the stable state of the main goaf under the current state.The analysis results show that:12 in the goaf,CH5 number,number CH6,CH8 number and number CH12 mined-out area and roof surrounding rock were in a stable transition zone,stope stability in general,while CH9 number,number CH10 mined-out area in the support area,the stability of stope roof is poorer,there are local caving,the possibility of instability,its analysis results and the actual situation in the mine.Therefore,the risk of goaf can be predicted in advance,and the cost of goaf management and safety risk can be reduced.
