阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及对TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的影响

目的:分析阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及对总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的影响。方法:随机抽取60例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据随机数字表法分作两组,对照组30例予以阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组30例予以阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗,3个月后对比两组心电图疗效、症状缓解情况、血脂水平及心功能。结果:观察组治疗3个月后的心电图有效率93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心绞痛症状的持续时间比对照组短,且发作频率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的TC、TG及LDL-C水平比对照组更低,而HDL-C水平则比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)与心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均比对照组短,且左室射血分数(LVEF)比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果显著,有助于提升患者心电图疗效,促进症状及血脂水平缓解,并且改善心功能水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its influence on TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C.Method 60 cases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients were randomly selected,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.30 cases in the control group were treated with atorvastatin,30 cases in the observation group were treated with atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel,the ECG curative effect,symptom relief,blood lipid level and heart function were compared between the two groups after 3 months.Results In the observation group,the effective rate of ECG after 3 months of treatment was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the duration of angina pectoris symptoms was shorter than the control group,and the frequency of attacks was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were lower than the control group,while the level of HDL-C was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the LVEDD and LVESD were shorter than the control group,and the LVEF was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with clopidogrel has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,which can help to improve the patient's ECG curative effect,promote the relief of symptoms and blood lipid levels,as well as improve the level of heart function.
