高低频转换听觉-运动训练应用于老年脑出血患者睡眠中的效果观察

摘要 目的:探讨高低频转换听觉-运动训练应用于老年脑出血患者睡眠中的效果。方法:选择老年脑出血患者114例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各57例。对照组行常规干预,观察组行高低频转换听觉-运动训练干预。对比两组干预前后睡眠质量、睡眠-醒觉行为变化。结果:观察组干预1个月后睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预20 d后3期睡眠持续时间、4期睡眠持续时间、总睡眠时间长于对照组,非快速动眼睡眠期微醒觉次数、总微醒觉次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高低频转换听觉-运动训练应用于老年脑出血睡眠障碍患者可提升睡眠质量,改善睡眠-醒觉行为,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of high-low frequency conversion hearing-exercise training on sleep in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method A total of 114 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,57 cases in each group.The control group received routine training intervention,and the observation group received high-low frequency conversion auditory-sport training intervention.The changes of sleep quality and sleep-wake behavior before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The sleep quality,sleep efficiency,and sleep disturbance scores of the observation group after 1 month of intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's duration of phase 3 sleep,phase 4 sleep duration and total sleep time were longer than the control group after 1 month of intervention.The times of micro wakefulness and total micro wakefulness during non REM sleep were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-low frequency conversion hearing-exercise training in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and sleep disorders can improve sleep quality and improve sleep-wake behavior,which is worthy of promotion.
