结合灸具在基层医院针灸治疗痛痹型肩周炎疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of pain and Bi-type frozen shoulder in basic hospital

目的:探讨对基层医院接受的诊断为痛痹型肩周炎患者,使用结合灸具的方式治疗疾病的效果。方法:选取基层医院门诊病房70例痛痹型肩周炎患者,以随机方式分组,35例对照组仅单纯使用电针治疗仪4周,35例治疗组患者则用电针治疗仪与结合灸具艾灸治疗4周,比较组间症候积分变化、临床疗效、疼痛及肩关节功能变化。结果:两组治疗后肩关节疼痛、肢体肿胀、麻木以及活动不畅症状比治疗前降低,且治疗组比对照组明显要低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比总有效率,治疗组(94.29%)高于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节功能活动评分(Melle)比治疗前更低,且治疗组分值更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用结合灸具艾灸联合电针治疗仪治疗痛痹型肩周炎效果满意,对肩周疼痛以及功能改善效果突出。

Objective To explore the effect of treating scapulohumeral periarthritis with moxibustion.Method 70 patients with pain and paralysis scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in the outpatient ward of primary hospital were selected,and the patients were divided into groups,mainly by random grouping,grouping and intervention.Among them,35 patients in the control group were only treated with electroacupuncture therapy for 4 weeks.The 35 patients in the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture instrument and moxibustion for 4 weeks,and the changes of symptom score,clinical efficacy,pain and shoulder function were compared between the groups.Results After treatment,the symptoms of shoulder pain,limb swelling,numbness and impaired movement were lower than before treatment,but in specific conditions,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.29%higher than 77.14%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS and Melle were lower than before,but the scores of the treatment group were also lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of moxibustion combined with moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture therapy instrument in the treatment of pain and paralysis of shoulder periarthritis is satisfactory,and the improvement of shoulder pain and function is outstanding.
