准分子激光表层手术治疗近视患者的临床效果探讨

Discussion on the clinical effect of laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis for myopia patients

目的分析准分子激光表层手术治疗近视患者的临床效果。方法选取60例近视患者作为研究对象,患者均接受准分子激光表层手术治疗,比较患者手术前后视力情况,分析患者术后并发症发生情况、术后眼部疼痛分级。结果患者术后的视力优于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例患者术后发生1例(1.7%)角膜上皮延迟愈合,2例(3.3%)干眼症,无其他并发症发生,并发症发生率为5.0%(3/60),且发生并发症患者经过治疗后已经痊愈。患者术后1 d的眼部疼痛分级中占比最高的为1级,为63.3%(38/60),但随着时间推移均逐渐好转,1周内不适感全部消失,眼部均恢复正常。结论采用准分子激光表层手术治疗近视患者的效果显著,并发症发生较少,患者接受度高,术后不适感恢复速度快,预后良好,值得在近视患者的临床治疗中推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis for myopia patients. Methods A total of 60 myopia patients were selected as the research subjects. All patients received laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis. The visual acuity before and after surgery was compared, and the occurrence of postoperative complications and postoperative eye pain grading were analyzed. Results The visual acuity of the patients after surgery was better than that before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Of the 60 patients, 1 case(1.7%) had delayed corneal epithelial healing, 2 cases(3.3%) had xerophthalmia, and no other complications occurred. The complication rate was 5.0%(3/60), and patients with complications were cured after treatment. 1 d after surgery, the highest proportion of eye pain grades was grade 1, which was 63.3%(38/60), but it gradually improved over time, the discomfort disappeared within 1 week, and the eyes returned to normal. Conclusion Laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis has significant effect on myopia patients, with less complications, high patient acceptance, rapid recovery from postoperative discomfort, and good prognosis, which is worth promoting and applying in the clinical treatment of myopic patients.
