口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of orthodontics combined with implant restoration in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect

目的 研究口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损患者的临床疗效。方法 108例错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组应用种植修复治疗,观察组应用口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗。比较两组治疗前后咀嚼功能、发音功能及美观效果、不良事件发生率。结果 治疗前,两组咀嚼功能、发音功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组咀嚼功能评分(3.52±0.09)分、发音功能评分(3.85±0.01)分均高于对照组的(3.30±0.06)、(3.73±0.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组覆盖完整、排列整齐、咬合正常的占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率9.26%低于对照组的31.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损应用口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗能够改善患者咀嚼功能、发音功能,并提升美观效果,减少各类不良事件的发生,能够获得更为理想的效果,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of orthodontics combined with implant restoration in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect. Methods A total of 108 patients with malocclusion and dentition defect were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with implant restoration, and the observation group was treated with orthodontics combined with implant restoration. The masticatory function and pronunciation function before and after treatment, aesthetic effect, and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in masticatory function,pronunciation function scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the masticatory function score(3.52±0.09) points and pronunciation function score(3.85±0.01) points of the observation group were higher than(3.30±0.06) and(3.73±0.08) points of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of complete coverage, neat arrangement and normal occlusion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events 9.26% in the observation group was lower than 31.48% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of orthodontics combined with implant restoration for malocclusion and dentition defects can improve patients’ masticatory function, pronunciation function, and enhance the aesthetic effect, reduce the occurrence of various adverse events, thus achieving more ideal results,which is worthy of promotion.
