口腔正畸结合种植修复治疗错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损的效果观察

Observation on the effect of orthodontics combined with implant restoration in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect

目的 分析口腔正畸结合种植修复治疗错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损的临床效果。方法 150例错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合治疗组,各75例。对照组患者进行种植修复治疗,联合治疗组进行口腔正畸结合种植修复治疗。比较两组口腔修复效果、牙齿美观满意度、不良事件发生率及治疗前后菌斑指数、软垢指数。结果 联合治疗组口腔修复总有效率100.00%、牙齿美观满意度100.00%均高于对照组的86.67%、86.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组不良事件发生率2.67%低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组菌斑指数、软垢指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组菌斑指数(1.05±0.34)分、软垢指数(1.65±0.12)分均低于对照组的(3.32±1.03)、(3.13±0.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔正畸结合种植修复治疗错(牙合)畸形伴牙列缺损患者的效果确切,可减少不良事件发生率,提高患者牙齿美观满意度和牙周健康水平,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with implant restoration in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect. Methods A total of 150 patients with malocclusion and dentition defect were divided into control group and combined treatment group by random numerical table, with 75 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received implant restoration treatment, and patients in the combined treatment group received orthodontics combined with implant restoration treatment. The oral restoration effect, dental aesthetic satisfaction, incidence of adverse events, plaque index and soft scale index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of oral restoration 100.00%and the dental aesthetic satisfaction 100.00% of the combined treatment group were higher than 86.67% and 86.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events 2.67% in the combined treatment group was lower than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in plaque index and soft scale index between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the plaque index(1.05±0.34) and the soft scale index(1.65±0.12) points of the combined treatment group were lower than(3.32±1.03) and(3.13±0.45) points of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontics combined with implant restoration has definite effect in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect, which can reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the patient’s dental aesthetic satisfaction and periodontal health level. It is worthy of promotion.
