前列腺癌组织钙离子激活氯离子通道蛋白7的表达及其与术后生化复发的关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨前列腺癌组织钙离子激活氯离子通道蛋白7(ANO7)的表达及其与术后生化复发的关系。方法回顾性选取空军军医大学第一附属医院于2014年3月至2018年4月收治的168例行根治性切除术治疗的前列腺癌患者作为研究对象。采用免疫组化法检测患者的前列腺癌组织与癌旁组织ANO7的表达情况,并根据根治术后3年内生化复发情况将患者分为生化复发组(n=30)与未生化复发组(n=138),分析前列腺癌组织ANO7的阳性表达与患者术后生化复发的关系。结果前列腺癌组织ANO7的阳性表达率低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);生化复发组前列腺癌组织ANO7的阳性表达率低于未生化复发组(P<0.05);临床分期、术前血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平、标本Gleason评分、手术切缘是否阳性,有无包膜侵犯、精囊侵犯、神经周围侵犯、血管侵犯,以及前列腺癌组织ANO7表达均是前列腺癌患者术后生化复发的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌组织ANO7呈低表达,且ANO7阳性表达是前列腺癌患者术后发生生化复发的保护因素。 Objective To investigate the expression of calcium activated chloride channel protein 7(ANO7)in prostate cancer tissue and its relationship with postoperative biochemical recurrence.Methods 168 patients with prostate cancer treated by radical resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from March 2014 to April 2018 were selected retrospectively as subjects.The expressions of ANO7 in prostate cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method.According to the biochemical recurrence within 3 years after radical operation,the patients were divided into biochemical recurrence group(n=30)and non-biochemical recurrence group(n=138),and the relationship between the positive expression of ANO7 in prostate cancer tissue and postoperative biochemical recurrence was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of ANO7 in prostate cancer tissue was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of ANO7 in prostate cancer tissue of biochemical recurrence group was lower than that in non-biochemical recurrence group(P<0.05).Clinical stage,preoperative serum prostate specific antigen(PSA)level,Gleason score of samples,surgical margin positive or not,with or without capsular invasion,seminal vesicle invasion,perineural invasion,vascular invasion and expression of ANO7 in prostate cancer tissue were all influencing factors for postoperative biochemical recurrence in patients with prostate cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions ANO7 expression is low in prostate cancer tissues,and ANO7 positive expression is a protective factor for postoperative biochemical recurrence in prostate cancer patients.
