宫颈癌肿瘤微环境中髓源性抑制细胞、钙黏附蛋白E的表达及其与高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察宫颈癌肿瘤微环境中髓源性抑制细胞(MDSC)、钙黏附蛋白E(E-cad)的表达,并分析两者与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法回顾性分析2019年2月至2021年2月北京首都医科大学附属北京康复医院收治的52例高危型HPV感染宫颈癌患者的临床资料,纳入高危组;另回顾性分析同期收治的52例低危型HPV感染宫颈癌患者的临床资料,纳入低危组。记录两组的基线资料、实验室指标,重点分析宫颈癌患者宫颈肿瘤微环境中MDSC、E-cad的表达与高危型HPV感染的关系。结果高危组国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期高于低危组,血清鳞癌抗原(SCC)、细胞角蛋白19的可溶性片段(CYF21-1)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及肿瘤微环境中MDSC百分比高于低危组,肿瘤微环境中E-cad百分比低于低危组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Kendall′s tau-b相关系数分析结果显示,FIGO分期、血清SCC、CYF21-1、CA125及肿瘤微环境中MDSC表达均与高危型HPV感染呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),肿瘤微环境中E-cad表达与高危型HPV感染呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌肿瘤微环境中MDSC、E-cad的表达与高危型HPV感染密切相关。 Objective To observe the expression of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC)and E-cadherin(E-cad)in the microenvironment of cervical cancer,and to analyze their relationship with high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods The data of 52 patients with high-risk HPV infected cervical cancer treated in Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital of Capital Medical University from February 2019 to February 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,referred to as the high-risk group.The data of 52 patients with low-risk HPV infected cervical cancer treated during the same period were analyzed retrospectively,referred to as the low-risk group.The baseline data and laboratory indexes of the two groups were recorded.Then the relationship between the expression of MDSC and E-cad in cervical tumor microenvironment and high-risk HPV infection in patients with cervical cancer was analyzed.Results The federation international of gynecology and obstetrics(FIGO)stage of high-risk group was higher than that of low-risk group,serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC),cytokeratin-19-fragment CYFRA21-1(CYF21-1),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and percentage of MDSC in tumor microenvironment were higher than those in low-risk group,and the percentage of E-cad in tumor microenvironment was lower than that in low-risk group(P<0.05).Kendall′s tau-b correlation coefficient analysis showed that FIGO stage,serum SCC,CYF21-1,CA125 and MDSC expression in tumor microenvironment were positively correlated with high-risk HPV infection in cervical cancer(r>0,P<0.05),the expression of E-cad in tumor microenvironment was negatively correlated with high-risk HPV infection(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of MDSC and E-cad in the tumor microenvironment of cervical cancer is closely related to high-risk HPV infection.
