广元市青少年性心理健康现状及危险因素分析

Situation and risk factors of adolescent sexual mental health in Guangyuan

目的探讨广元市青少年性心理健康现状及危险因素。方法采取随机抽样的方法,于2019年1月至2021年5月选取广元市1700名青少年作为研究对象。采用问卷调查的方式对其进行一般情况调查和性心理健康情况调查,分析调查结果。结果1675名青少年的性心理健康情况总分为(118.95±8.54)分,性价值观得分为(28.68±3.62)分,性认知得分为(23.16±4.29)分,性适应得分为(65.68±5.12)分。不同年级和父母是否离异青少年的性心理健康情况得分(性价值观、性认知、性适应)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);青少年自觉性教育是否有用的性心理健康情况得分,在性价值观、性适应维度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在性认知维度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);青少年是否独生子女的性心理健康情况得分,在性价值观维度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在性认知、性适应维度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年级、父母是否离异是性价值观的影响因素(P<0.05),接受性知识内容、年级、自觉性教育是否有用、是否独生子女和父母是否离异是性认知的影响因素(P<0.05),接受性知识内容、年级、是否独生子女和父母是否离异是性适应的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论广元市青少年性心理健康状况中等偏上,仍需进一步加强性教育,并采取相关措施为青少年性心理健康营造良好的环境。

Objective To explore the situation and risk factors of adolescent sexual mental health in Guangyuan.Methods From January 2019 to May 2021,1,700 adolescents in Guangyuan were selected as subjects by random sampling.The general situation and sexual mental health were investigated by questionnaire,and the results were analyzed.Results The total score of sexual mental health of 1,675 adolescents was(118.95±8.54),sexual values was(28.68±3.62),sexual cognition was(23.16±4.29)and sexual adaptation was(65.68±5.12).The scores of sexual mental health(sexual values,sexual cognition and sexual adaptation)of adolescents of different grades and whether their parents were divorced were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the score of sexual mental health of the usefulness of self-conscious sexual education in the dimension of sexual values and sexual adaptation(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference in the dimension of sexual cognition(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of sexual mental health of whether the only child in the dimension of sexual values(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the dimension of sexual cognition and sexual adaptation(P<0.05).Grade and whether their parents were divorced were the influencing factors of sexual values(P<0.05),the content of sexual knowledge received,grade,the usefulness of self-conscious sexual education,whether the only child and whether their parents were divorced were the influencing factors of sexual cognition(P<0.05).The content of sexual knowledge,grade,whether the only child and whether their parents were divorced were the influencing factors of sexual adaptation(P<0.05).Conclusions The state of adolescent sexual mental health in Guangyuan is above average,but it is necessary to strengthen sexual education and take relevant measures to create a good environment for adolescent sexual mental health.
