益生菌及重组人干扰素α-1b联合治疗病毒性腹泻的疗效

The effect of probiotics combined with human interferon α-1b on the children with viral diarrhea

目的:探讨益生菌联合重组人干扰素α-1b在病毒性腹泻患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取80例病毒性腹泻患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取益生菌+重组人干扰素α-1b治疗,均治疗3 d。统计两组临床疗效、症状改善情况、不良反应,比较治疗前、后免疫功能免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、分泌型免疫球蛋白(sIg)A。结果:研究组患儿治疗总有效率90.00%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿退热时间、止泻时间、大便性状恢复时间、脱水纠正时间短于对照组,大便次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患儿血清IgA、IgG及粪便sIgA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿过敏、疲劳、便秘等不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益生菌及重组人干扰素α-1b联合治疗病毒性腹泻患儿有利于减轻临床症状,改善免疫功能,提高治疗效果,且安全可靠。

Objective To explore the effect of probiotics combined with recombinant human interferon α-1b on children with viral diarrhea.Method 80 children with viral diarrhea in a hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given probiotics+recombinant human interferonα-1b on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 3 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,adverse reactions and immune function(IGA,IgG,sIgA)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results the total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(67.50%,P<0.05).The time of fever abatement,diarrhea relief,stool recovery and dehydration correction in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the stool frequency in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IgA,IgG and fecal sIgA in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as allergy,fatigue and constipation between the two groups.Conclusion Probiotics combined with human interferonα-1b could relieve symptom,improve immune function,increase clinical effet in children with viral diarrhea.
