替罗非班在阿替普酶静脉溶栓后进展性脑梗死治疗中的有效性

Study on the efficacy of tirofeban in the treatment of malleable cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase

目的:探析替罗非班在阿替普酶静脉溶栓后进展性脑梗死治疗中的有效性。方法:以2018年6月~2020年9月接受过阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的100例进展性脑梗死患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为参照组(n=50)与试验组(n=50)。参照组应用阿司匹林肠溶片与硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合治疗,试验组加用替罗非班,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后日常生活量表(ADL)评分明显高于参照组,美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,两组治疗后ADL评分明显升高,NIHSS评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率与参照组比较显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率上,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:替罗非班在阿替普酶静脉溶栓后进展性脑梗死治疗中的有效性较高,能够进一步改善患者日常活动能力与神经功能,且安全、可靠。

Objective To explore the effect of tirofiban on the treatment of malleable cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase.Method 100 patients with progressive cerebral infarction who had received intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase were divided into the reference group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=50)by random number table method.Eflets were compared between the reference group(aspirin combined with clopidogrel)and the experimental group(tirofiban added).Results After treatment,ADL score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,ADL score and NIHSS score of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tirofeban is more effective in the treatment of malleable cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase,which could further improve the patients′daily activity and nerve function.It is safe and reliable,and worthy of clinical recommendation.
