摘要
目的:分析血栓弹力图对肺恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能的评估价值。方法:回顾性收集2019年1月~2020年12月收治的30例肺恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料作为恶性组,选取同期接受治疗的30例肺良性结节患者的临床资料作为良性组,比较两组凝血功能和血栓弹力图参数,比较恶性组鳞癌患者和腺癌患者血栓弹力图参数。结果:恶性组外周血FIB水平高于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性组Angel角、CI、MA值高于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而K值、R值低于良性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鳞癌和腺癌患者Angel角、CI、K值、MA值及R值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与凝血功能指标相比,血栓弹力图能更好地反映肺恶性肿瘤患者与肺良性结节患者机体凝血状态,但不同病理类型肺恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能相差不大。
Objective To analyze the value of thromboelastography in the evaluation of coagulation function in patients with lung cancer.Method The clinical data of 30 patients with lung malignant tumor treated were retrospectively collected as the malignant group,and the clinical data of 30 patients with benign pulmonary nodules during the same period were selected as the benign group.The coagulation function and thromboelastography parameters of the two groups were compared,and the thromboelastography parameters of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma patients in the malignant group were compared.Results The level of FIB in malignant group was higher than that in benign group(P<0.05).The values of Angel angle,CI and MA in malignant group were higher than those in benign group(P<0.05),while the values of K and R in malignant group were lower than those in benign group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Angel angle,CI,K value,MA value and R value between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with coagulation function indexes,thromboelastography can better reflect the coagulation state of patients with lung cancer and benign pulmonary nodules,but there is no significant difference in coagulation function between patients with different pathological types of lung cancer.
