头颈部肿瘤患者放疗的营养状况与生活质量相关性分析

Correlation analysis of nutritional status and quality of life in patients with head and neck cancer

目的:探讨头颈部肿瘤患者放疗的营养状况与生活质量的相关性。方法:选择2019年3月~2021年3月头颈部肿瘤放疗患者85例,采用患者主观整体评估法(PG-SGA)、癌症患者生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评价患者营养状况及生活质量情况,分析其相关性。结果:85例患者放疗后营养状况水平低于放疗前、放疗中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);85例患者放疗后5个功能领域及总体健康状况评分低于放疗前,9个症状领域评分高于放疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);头颈部肿瘤放疗患者营养状况与生活质量呈现明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论:头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后营养状况水平较差,生活质量降低,应及时采取有效措施改善其营养状态,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the correlation between the nutritional status of radiotherapy and the quality of life in patients with head and neck cancer.Method A total of 85 head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected, and the patient′s subjective overall assessment method(PG-SGA) and the core quality of life questionnaire for cancer patients(QLQ-C30) were used to evaluate the nutrition of the patients. Status and quality of life, analyze their relevance.Results The nutritional status of 85 patients after radiotherapy was lower than before and during radiotherapy(P<0.05);the scores of 5 functional areas and overall health status after radiotherapy were lower than that of pre-radiation in 85 patients, and the scores of 9 symptom areas were higher than those before radiotherapy(P<0.05);the nutritional status of patients undergoing radiotherapy for head and neck tumors was significantly positively correlated with the quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional status of patients with head and neck cancer is poor after radiotherapy, and their quality of life is reduced. Effective measures should be taken to improve their nutritional status and quality of life in time.
