摘要 农村幼儿教师是教师队伍的重要组成部分,农村卓越幼儿教师队伍建设一方面促进了幼儿教师队伍的系统化与规范化,另一方面推动了农村学前教育事业的发展。基于农村学前教育的现实需求,探讨农村卓越幼儿教师的融合教育素养、信息素养、情感素养、专业发展素养等核心素养构成要素,为切实提高农村幼儿教师的综合素养提供参考。 Rural preschool teachers are an important part of the teacher team.The construction of outstanding preschool teachers in rural areas promotes the systematization and standardization of preschool teachers,and advances the development of rural preschool education as well.On the basis of the actual needs of rural preschool education,the core literacy components of outstanding rural preschool teachers are explored which integrate educational literacy,information literacy,emotional literacy,and professional development literacy,providing reference for effectively improving the comprehensive literacy of rural preschool teachers.
