摘要
我国卓越教师培养计划处于探索阶段,亟需借鉴国际卓越教师培养经验。美国卓越教师及领导者中心于2017年5月出台系列报告《倾听卓越教师:教师驱动研究项目》,从卓越教师微观群体的视角出发,探寻其职业生涯中发挥关键作用的成功经验。围绕教师职前、初任、在职及教师领导阶段对该项目进行解读,以提升教师教学效能和发展教师领导力为主要研究内容,聚焦卓越教师核心素养,最后从教师领导力的角色定位、培育重点及价值选择三方面提出培养卓越教师的借鉴与启示。
China’s great teacher training plan is in the exploratory stage.Thus,it is urgent to learn from international great teacher training experience.In May of 2017,Center on Great Teachers and Leaders(GTL)released the report Listening to Great Teachers:A Teacher-driven Research Project,which takes a micro-perspective sight over those great teachers to uncover the successful experience which plays a key role in their teaching career.Focusing on the core qualities of great teachers,the main research content is to improve teachers’teaching effectiveness and develop teacher leadership and the project is interpreted around the preservice stage,novice stage,in-service stage and teacher-leader stage.Finally,the research references for training great teachers are out forward on the aspects of the role orientation,training focus and value selection.
