澳大利亚积极教养项目对我国家庭教育指导服务的启示

亲职教育是家庭教育的重要组成部分。通过对父母实施教育,旨在培养父母的教养能力,树立新的教养观念,从而提高家庭教养质量。积极教养项目属于澳大利亚亲职教育的一种,在国际上得到广泛运用。它是以父母需求为导向,以家庭为中心,依托高校研究机构研发的干预方法,内容科学丰富,实施途径多样,能综合社会各界资源,多方位提高父母的教养能力。吸收借鉴澳大利亚积极教养项目经验对我国开展家庭教育指导服务有重要意义,具体表现为:提高父母教养水平,强化家庭教育地位;丰富家庭教育服务,培养专业指导人员;统筹政府—社区资源,协同推进家庭教育指导服务。

Parenting education is an important part of family education,which aims at cultivating parents’ability of education and setting up new concepts of education,so as to improve the quality of family education.The positive parenting program is one of the parenting programs in Australia and is widely applied internationally.It is guided by parents’needs and family-centered.Relying on university research institutions,it has developed intervention methods with rich contents and diversified implementation approaches,which can improve parents’parenting ability by integrating resources from all walks of life.It is of great significance to learning from the experience of Australian parenting education to carry out family education guidance service in China,which is embodied in improving the level of parenting education and strengthening the dominant position of family,enriching family education service and training professional guidance personnel,and coordinating government and community resources to promote family education and guidance service.
